INDICATIONS

Cattle

– treatment of bacterial respiratory diseases associated with Pasteurella multocida and Mannheimia haemolytica
– treatment of interdigital necrobacillosis caused by Fusobacterium necrophorum and Bacteroides elaniogenicus (Porphyromonas asaccharolytica)
– treatment of acute post-partum bacterial metritis, occurring within about 10 days of calving, associated with Escherichia coli, Arcanobacterium pyogenes, Fusobacterium necrophorum.
Swine

– treatment of respiratory diseases caused including by Pasteurella multocida, Actinobacillus leuropneumoniae and Streptococcus suis

DOSE AND ADMINISTRATION
s.c.- cattle- respiratory diseases: 1 ml reconstituted solution/50 kg b.w./day, for 3-5 days
– interdigital necrobacillosis (panaritium) 1 ml solution. reconstituted/50 kg b.w./day, for 3 days
– post partum metritis: 1 ml /50 kg b.w./day, for 5 days
i.m. – pigs – 1 ml reconstituted sol./16 kg b.w./day, for 3 days

CONTRAINDICATORS
Do not use in animals known to be hypersensitive to ceftiofur or other beta-lactams.

ADVERSE REACTIONS
Hypersensitivity reactions may occur, regardless of dosage. Occasionally allergic reactions may occur.

WITHDRAWAL TIME
meat and offal- cattle 2 days; pigs- 2 days.

SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS
Keep out of reach of children. Store in the outer carton to protect from light.

Validity: 28 days

SPECIAL WARNINGS
In case of allergic reactions, treatment should be discontinued. Improper use of the product may lead to antibiotic resistance. The use of the product should be based on the antibiogram.
