TARGET SPECIES:
Cattle (cows), horses (mares), pigs (sows) and rabbits (rabbits).
MODEL OF ADMINISTRATION:
Administration route: sows – intramuscular; cows, mares, rabbits – intramuscular, subcutaneous or intravenous.
Cows: Treatment of follicular cysts: it is not necessary to enucleate the cysts. 8 days after administration, the cysts respond to treatment. The cysts reach dehiscence, or continue to luteinize until they transform into a corpus luteum, the success of the treatment being established after 10-14 days. After 20 days after treatment, the animals return to estrus and can be artificially inseminated or mounted. To improve fertility, an additional treatment with 2.5 ml Receptal is recommended. Anestrus, without the manifestation of cycles: after 10-12 days after treatment, a check will be carried out on the appearance of estrus. The treatment is repeated if the functionality of the ovary is not established. It is not recommended if a corpus luteum is detected without the manifestation of external signs of estrus. Delayed ovarian dehiscence and follicular atresia: can be treated at the time artificial insemination/breeding or 6 hours before. Ovulation will be triggered within the next 24 hours. Improvement of fertilization rate: administration at the time of insemination or 6 hours before. Prophylaxis of fertility disorders: if administered between the 10th and 14th day postpartum, ovulation will be triggered after less than 24 hours. The treatment leads to the resumption of the physiological estrous cycle and reduces the incidence of cystic ovaries.
Mares: Treatment of follicular cysts: a single treatment is sufficient. If after 10-14 days there is no favorable response manifested by the involution of the cysts and the remission of the prolonged or permanent estrus state, the treatment is repeated. Ovulation induction: it is administered on the 2nd or 3rd day of estrus in mares with a short heat cycle and on the 7th or 8th day of estrus in those with long cycle. Ovulation will occur 24-36 hours after treatment.
Doves: Improvement of conception rate: at the time of mating or artificial insemination. Improvement of post-partum fertility: immediately after 24 hours after parturition.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

In sows, the administration of Receptal should be carried out according to the treatment schedule. The administration of PMSG in the fixed-date insemination protocol is not recommended. The presence of the boar at the time of artificial insemination is recommended.
