2+1 fertility tests are rapid self-test tests that assess female and male fertility with 98-99% accuracy and results in 5-10 minutes.

Female fertility tests measure the level of the hormone FSH in the urine to assess ovarian function. FSH levels can be increased in case of decline in ovarian function (low fertility) and become consistently high with age and approaching menopause.

During menstruation or in the first 3 days after the end of menstruation, the test result should be negative. If the result is positive, this indicates that ovarian function is declining.

Male fertility tests determine the concentration of sperm in the seminal fluid, as an aid in determining the degree of male fertility.
