Ingredients: Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6, Vitamin D3, Biotin, Vitamin B9, L-cystine, L-methionine, zinc oxide, cellulose, anti-caking agent – magnesium stearate, the capsule has a coating of vegetable origin.

Method of administration: 2 capsules a day, in the morning, for a period of 2-4 months.

It is recommended to take it with a large glass of water.
