Description:
· FRONTLINE® Spray helps you in the fight against external parasites in dogs and cats.
Ingredients:
· Fipronil 0.25 g;

Intended for:

Method of administration:
· Route of administration: external, by application on the fur.
· It is sprayed all over the animal’s body from a distance of about 10-20 cm.
· Apply in the opposite direction of hair growth until all the fur is wet to the skin.
· In long-haired animals, the fur is ruffled so that the product reaches the level of the animal’s skin, on the back, on the sides, on the stomach, on the legs, on the shoulders and on the neck.
· For the head and eye area, spray FRONTLINE SPRAY on the glove and apply carefully to the fur.
· It will be allowed to dry naturally.
· Do not wipe with a towel.
Form of presentation:
· 250 ml bottle.
Dosage:
· Apply 3 to 6 ml per kg body weight, (7.5 to 15 mg active ingredient per
· kg body weight) e.g.: 6 to 12 sprays per kg body weight from the 100 ml presentation or 2 to 4 sprays for the 250 ml and 500 ml presentations.
· The product is active for 5 weeks against ticks, for 1 to 3 months against fleas and 63 days (in dogs) or 42 days (in cats) against lice.
Possible side effects:
· If the animal licks its fur after treatment, a short period of hypersalivation may be observed, especially due to the nature of the excipient.
· Extremely rare adverse reactions following the use of the product include transient skin reactions at the site of application of the product (skin discolouration, local alopecia, pruritus, erythema) and general pruritus or alopecia. In exceptional cases, hypersalivation, reversible neurological reactions (agitation, depression, nervousness), vomiting or respiratory symptoms have been reported after use.
· If you notice any serious reactions or other effects not listed in the package leaflet, please inform your veterinarian.
Precautions:
· Do not administer to sick animals (systemic diseases, fever) or in convalescence.
· Do not administer to rabbits, as it may cause side effects and even death of the animal.
· Do not use in puppies or cats less than 2 days of age.
· For optimal effectiveness, it is not recommended to bathe or shampoo animals two days before or after treatment.
· Bathing or shampooing more than 4 times in 2 months has not shown a significant effect on the residual efficacy of the product. In the case of frequent shampooing, monthly administration of the treatment is recommended.
How to store:
· Store in a place away from moisture and direct exposure to the sun, at temperatures up to 25°C.
In case of overdose:
· The safety of the product has been demonstrated in dogs and cats treated with 5 times the recommended dose for 3 weeks.
· However, the risk of adverse effects may increase in the event of overdose, so animals should be treated correctly according to their weight.
