How to use:
Sterilization: Boil it for 3-5 minutes, taking care not to touch the bottom of the dish, or use a microwave sterilizer.
Wash your hands thoroughly before using the disc.
Wash the disc with water or oil-free, pH-neutral soap, then rinse well.
Insertion:
Hold the disc between your thumb and forefinger.
Gradually push the disc through the opening of the vulva.
Once past the entrance to the vagina, push it deeper and tilt it towards the coccyx.
Make sure the disc is positioned above the pubic bone.
Removal:
Relax and breathe deeply.
Insert your finger into the vagina and grasp the ring or edge of the disc.
Gently remove the disc and empty it.
Rinse thoroughly with cold water, wash with neutral soap and warm water, then rinse again.
Care:
