How to use: Wash and dry the feet. Tear off the top of the sock along the seal. Put on your socks. Leave for about 20-25 minutes. After removing the socks, you should not wash your feet. If the skin is very dry and the heels are cracked, you can keep the socks standing longer, up to 45 minutes. It is recommended to use it once a week.
