Ascovit with orange flavor is a dietary supplement containing vitamin C, intended for administration to children and adults, useful to make up for the vitamin C deficiency that can occur due to an improper diet. The vitamin C in Ascovit strengthens the body’s immunity, promotes the deposition of calcium in the bones, intervenes in the formation of collagen and increases the resistance of the capillaries, being a very good tonic of the capillaries. Vitamin C is involved in energy and mineral metabolism, respectively in the process of absorption and distribution of metal ions in the tissues.

Warnings:
Vitamin C can cause precipitation of urates and oxalates in acidic urine, precipitation of sulfonamides, or rarely cause diarrhea.
It should not be used in case of: renal lithiasis, thalassemia, iron overload, folic acid deficiency or in those who receive blood transfusions frequently.
