Description:
· Karsivan 100 mg is indicated for improving cerebral and peripheral circulation in dogs.

Ingredients:
· Propentofylline 100 mg,
· Excipients.

· Propentofylline belongs to the class of xanthine derivatives, which have the property of increasing blood flow to the brain, heart and muscles.
· It also inhibits platelet aggregation and improves the circulating properties of erythrocytes.

· Dogs.

Method of administration:
· Oral administration.

Presentation form:
· Box with 60 tablets.

Dosage:
· The usual dose is 3 mg/ kg body weight.
· The following doses are recommended twice a day:
– between 9 – 15 kg ½ Karsivan tablet
– between 16 – 32 kg 1 Karsivan tablet
– between 33 – 50 kg 1 and ½ karsivan tablets
· The tablets can be administered as such or in food.

Possible adverse effects:
· Rarely, allergic skin reactions (urticaria) are observed, in which case the treatment should be discontinued.
· If you observe serious reactions or other unusual elements, please inform your veterinarian.

Precautions:
· Do not administer to pregnant animals or animals intended for reproduction.
· Warning! Keep out of reach of children.

Storage:
· Store in a place protected from moisture and direct sunlight, at temperatures up to 25°C.

In case of overdose:
· No clinical symptoms appear with double doses.
· In case of overdose, please contact your veterinarian immediately.
