Sometimes, clindamycin causes overgrowth of resistant microorganisms such as clostridia and yeasts. In case of superinfection, appropriate measures should be taken depending on the clinical situation.
Precautions:
do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients or to lincomycin;
do not administer to rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, chinchillas, horses or ruminants because, in these species, ingestion of clindamycin can cause severe gastrointestinal disorders.
The safety of the product in pregnant bitches and cats has not been tested.
Treatment of lactating females may cause diarrhea in the pups.
Do not use clindamycin with chloramphenicol or macrolides, as both target the 50-S ribosomal subunit and antagonistic effects may occur.

Store in a dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight, at temperatures up to 25°C.
