Active Ingredient:
Cypress essential oil is used to treat varicose veins, hemorrhoids and broken capillaries. How to use:

1. Bath:
Add 5-10 drops of essential oil to a warm bath. If your skin is sensitive, mix the essential oil in a teaspoon of carrier oil first. Close the door so that the vapors do not escape. Keep your body in the water for at least 10 minutes and relax by breathing deeply. For extra hydration, dilute the oils in 10 ml of carrier oil before adding the essential oil to the warm bath.
2. Massage: Add 5-6 drops of essential oil to 10 ml of carrier oil. Mix well and apply liberally to the skin, massaging gently.
3. Inhalation: Add 4-5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of hot water. Place a towel over your head, close your eyes, and lean over the bowl. Inhale the vapors for a few minutes.
4. Burners and diffusers:
Fill the bowl of the burner/vaporizer with water and then add 3-6 drops of essential oil. For burners, light the candle and the oil will evaporate as the water heats. Do not let the bowl dry out.
