What Bilobil Intens is and what it is used for
Bilobil Intens contains dry, refined and quantified extract of Ginkgo Biloba leaf. The active substances in the extract are flavonic glycosides, ginkgolides and bilobalides. They dilate blood vessels, improve blood circulation, prevent platelet aggregation and thus improve blood circulation and increase oxygen and glucose supply. By regulating metabolism, it protects cells and tissues from damage caused by lack of oxygen. Ginkgo leaf extract is effective in blood circulation disorders in the brain.
Bilobil Intens improves blood circulation to the brain and metabolism and prevents a decrease in intellectual capacity.
Bilobil Intens is recommended in the symptomatic treatment of:
– memory deficit, concentration disorders;
– pathological cognitive deficit in elderly patients;
– depressive emotional state.
How to take Bilobil Intens
Always use this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. You should talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you are unsure.
The recommended daily dose for adults and the elderly is one Bilobil Intense capsule (120 mg of dry, refined and quantified extract of Ginkgo Biloba leaf) twice a day, in the morning and in the evening.
Bilobil Intense capsules should be swallowed whole, after a meal, with a glass of water.
Duration of treatment
The first signs of improvement are usually seen after 4 weeks of treatment. Treatment should be continued for at least 12 weeks. If there is no improvement after 3 months of treatment or if symptoms worsen, your doctor should be consulted to determine if treatment should be continued.
Use in children and adolescents
This product is not intended for use in children and adolescents.
If you take more Bilobil Intense than you should
If you have taken a higher dose of the medicine than you should, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
Gastrointestinal symptoms, inability to concentrate, and headache may occur.
If you forget to take Bilobil Intense
If you forgot to take one dose, take another one as soon as you remember. Do not take a double dose to make up for the missed dose.
