Bepansept contains dexpanthenol and chlorhexidine as active substances. Dexpanthenol is rapidly converted by dermal cells into pantothenic acid, which plays an important role in skin formation and regeneration. Chlorhexidine is an effective antiseptic against bacteria present on the entire surface of the skin, preventing them from multiplying.
