Action
The product, due to the two active substances it contains, has a broad spectrum against Gram negative bacteria (Actinobacillus spp., Bordetella spp., E. coli, Haemophilus spp.), Gram positive bacteria (Actinomices spp., Corynebacterium spp., Clostridium spp., Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae, Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp.), Lawsonia spp., Brachyspira hyodisenteriae, Vibrio coli and Mycoplasma spp.
Indications
In pigs in the fight against gastrointestinal infections (pig dysentery, other infections complicated with E.coli, Salmonella spp.), respiratory and joint infections, produced by the mentioned bacteria, sensitive to lincomycin and spectinomycin.
In birds (chickens, turkeys, ducks, geese, pigeons) in the prevention and control of respiratory diseases produced by the mentioned bacteria, sensitive to lincomycin and spectinomycin.
How to use
The treatment is done orally, by incorporation into drinking water with the help of medics or through pressure relief basins.
In birds: it is administered at a dose of 50–150 mg/kg body weight. In the prevention of mycoplasmosis, Linco–Spectin 100 is used in the amount of 150 g per 660 kg of body weight in the first 3 days of life, and then in the amount of 150 g per 2000 kg of body weight, for 1–2 days. In the fight against mycoplasmosis, Linco–Spectin 100 is used in the amount of 150 g per 150 l of water, for 3–7 days, Linco-Spectin 100 is used in the amount of 150 g per 200 l of water for 3-7 days.
In pigs: Linco-Spectin 100 is administered at a dose of 10 mg/kg body weight for 4-7 days.
Contraindications and precautions
Avoid administration to ruminants, horses, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters.
Waiting time
For pork 8 days, for poultry meat 2 days from the last administration.
Storage conditions
At a temperature of 15-250 C, away from light and humidity.
