Parasinus is a nasal decongestant for systemic use. It is indicated in the prophylaxis and treatment of allergic and vasomotor rhinitis and for the symptomatic treatment of the common cold and flu (for the relief of sneezing, rhinorrhea, nasal and sinus congestion, fever, headache and muscle pain).

Chlorpheniramine in the composition of Parasinus has an anithihistamine role and potentiates the decongestant effect of pseudoephedrine.
Ingredients: one tablet contains paracetamol 500 mg, chlorpheniramine maleate 3 mg and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride 30 mg.
How to use: the tablets should be administered half an hour before meals; It is recommended to ingest the tablets with a sufficient amount of liquid.
Adults: 1-2 PARASINUS tablets 3 times a day (no more than 6 tablets/day and more than 2 tablets/dose should be administered).
Children aged 12 to 15 years: 2-3 PARASINUS tablets per day (no more than 3 tablets per day and more than 1 tablet per dose)
In case of renal impairment with creatinine clearance less than 10 ml/min, the interval between 2 doses should be at least 8 hours.
Precautions:
This medicine contains paracetamol; Do not use concomitantly with other medicines containing paracetamol.
It is forbidden to consume alcoholic beverages during treatment with Parasinus.
