Composition
Sodium sulfadimidine 20 g per sachet.
Pharmaceutical form
Powder for oral administration.
Sulfadimidines have the following effects: Bacteriostatic effect on Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria (Pasteurella spp., Salmonella spp., E.coli, Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Mycoplasma spp.). The sulfonamide functional group has a competitive inhibitory effect on p-aminobenzoic acid, which is a growth factor of microorganisms. Against Coccidia (E. necatrix, E.
tenella, E. brunetti, E. maxima, E. stiedae, E. ovinoidalis, E. adenoeides, E.meleagrimitis, E.praecoc, E.mitis, E. bovis, E. zuernii, Isospora suis) in birds, rabbits, calves, piglets, lambs. Acts on the second generation of schizonts.

Birds, rabbits, calves, piglets, lambs.
Indications
Coccidiosis, especially in birds and rabbits. Treatment of infectious diseases caused by germs sensitive to sulfadimidine. Maintenance treatment following sulfadimidine injections.
Contraindications
Kidney, liver, blood diseases and polyneuritis.
Special precautions
Do not interrupt treatment even if improvement occurs after the first dose.
Use a fresh solution every day!.
Interactions
Do not administer simultaneously with sulfur and its compounds, procaine anesthetics and drug combinations such as procaine-penicillin, methenamine (hexamethylene tetramine) or high doses of vitamin B, so as not to diminish the effect of the drug.
Dosage
Dissolve 1 sachet in 10 l of drinking water and administer for 3 days in the drinking water. If necessary, repeat this treatment at 3-day intervals. Preventive administration to rabbits is recommended from the age of 5-10 weeks, best after a 2-3 day break without drinking water and fresh feed.

Storage
Store in a dry place, at temperatures between 0-25o C, protected from light.
Keep out of reach of children.
Withdrawal period
Meat – 15 days.
Do not use in laying hens whose eggs are intended for human consumption.

Remaining materials and products should be handled in accordance with national regulations in force.
Do not use the product after the expiration date stated on the packaging.
