Vanoxi WS, oral powder for chickens, turkeys and pigs, 50G

VANOXI WS – oral powder with oxytetracycline for chickens, turkeys and pigs.

COMPOSITION
-1 gram of powder contains 200 mg. oxytetracycline hydrochloride.

Excipient up to 1 gram.

INDICATIONS
The product VANOXI WS is recommended for chickens, turkeys and pigs in the treatment of bacterial infections caused by germs susceptible to oxytetracycline.

Poultry (chickens, turkeys).
Synovial infections caused by Mycoplasma gallisepticemi and Escherichia coli, in fowl cholera caused by Pasteurella multocida.

Pigs
Digestive infections caused by Escherichia coli and Salmonella choleraesuis, genital infections caused by Leptospira Pomona.

Dosage and administration:
The product is administered in drinking water or feed.

In birds
-The dose of oxytetracycline is 10-3mg/kg/day/5 days, this being equivalent to the dose of 50-150g Vanoxi WS LA 100 liters of drinking water or 500-3000g Vanoxi WS per ton of feed. During the treatment of birds, they will not have access to other water sources.

In piglets
-The dose of oxytetracycline is 10-30 mg/kg/day, this being equivalent to the dose of 50-150g. Vanoxi WS per 100 liters of drinking water. The doses can be increased by 2 times, and the treatment period can be extended up to 7-14 days, on the recommendation of the veterinarian. Aqueous solutions of Vanoxi WS will be used as treatment within a maximum of 6 hours of preparation. The treatment is continued until the signs of the disease have disappeared.

WITHDRAWAL TIME
Pigs and turkeys: 5 days;
Chickens: 0 days;
Eggs: 7 days.

SPECIAL WARNINGS
Oxytetracycline treatment should be done with great caution in animals during the period of tooth development.
After opening, it should be used within 30 days.
