Cynarix is a traditional herbal medicine indicated in relieving the symptoms of digestive disorders of the dyspeptic type with a feeling of fullness, bloating and flatulence. The product is a traditional herbal medicine for use in the mentioned indications.
Ingredients: One tablet contains dried cynara extract 4-6:1 and excipients: core: cellulose, lactose monohydrate, copovidone VA 64, crospovidone CL, colloidal anhydrous silicon dioxide, talc, magnesium stearate; drajefiere layer: sugar, talc, titanium dioxide, gum arabic, hymetellose, calcium carbonate, povidone K 30, glycerol 85%, colloidal anhydrous silicon dioxide, green lake sycovite (E 104 – E 132), yellow lake quinoline sicovite (E 104), eudragite E 12.5, Montanglycol wax.
Pharmacotherapeutic group: gallbladder therapy, other bile therapy preparations
Therapeutic indications: Cynara scolymus is traditionally used to promote bile secretion and improve digestion.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to cynara extract, to Cynara scolymus, to plants of the composite family or to any of the excipients.
Obstruction of the biliary tract, cystic emptiness.
Precautions: not necessary, in case of correct use.
Interactions: not known.
Special warnings: In patients with gallstones, biliary colic may occur following administration of Cynarix. It is not recommended to administer the drug in patients with biliary hyperkinesia.
Because the drug contains sugar and lactose, administration is not recommended in patients with hereditary galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, sucrase–isomaltase, or glucose–galactose–fructose malabsorption. For further information, contact your doctor.
Pregnancy and breast–feeding: no teratogenic effects or other lesions were observed during pregnancy and breast–feeding. In the absence of sufficient data, the doctor will evaluate the maternal benefit/fetal potential risk ratio.
Ability to drive or use machines: There are no known effects of Cynarix on the ability to drive and use machines.
Dosage and method of administration: If the doctor does not recommend otherwise, in adults and children over 12 years of age, the recommended dose is 1-2 tablets, three times a day, administered orally, with a little water, during meals. The duration of administration, in case of prolonged treatment, will be established by the doctor.
Side effects: Cynara scolymus has a medium potential for hypersensitivity reactions to skin contact.
Overdose: No cases of overdose have been reported.
