Alerityn belongs to a class of medicines known as antihistamines. Antihistamines help reduce allergy symptoms by preventing the effects of a substance called histamine, which is produced in our body.
Alerityn relieves symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis (e.g. hay fever), such as: sneezing, heavy runny or itchy nose, burning or itchy eyes.
Alerityn can also be used to reduce the symptoms of hives (itching, redness, as well as the number and size of rashes on the skin). The improvement of these manifestations is maintained for the entire period of the day and helps you resume your usual daily activities and sleep.
