Intramuscular or subcutaneous administration may be accompanied by inflammatory lesions at the injection site, which persist for 14 days. In very rare cases, cases of anaphylactic shock in cattle have been reported. Usually these reactions are mild and transient.
Swine:
The most common side effects are manifested by transient diarrhea, erythema, perianal and rectal edema in 50% of the animals over a period of one week. Under field conditions, one week or more after the last dose administered, approximately 30% of pigs exhibit hyperthermia (400 C) associated with dyspnea and depression. Edema may occur at the injection site over a period of 5 days. Inflammatory lesions at the injection site can be seen for 28 days.

RECOMMENDATIONS ON CORRECT ADMINISTRATION
For intramuscular administration, it is recommended to treat animals in the early phase of the disease and evaluate the response to treatment 48 hours after the second administration. If the clinical signs of respiratory disease persist for 48 hours after the last injection, the treatment should be changed using another formula or antibiotic and continued until the clinical signs disappear. Wipe off the cap before taking each dose. Use sterile syringes and dry needles. Do not prick the lid more than 25 times. The injections should be performed in the neck with a needle number 16. The volume of the dose administered in one place should not exceed 10 ml in cattle and 3 ml. in pigs.

Cattle (meat and offal) 30 days (intramuscular administration) 44 days (subcutaneous administration).
Pigs (meat and offal) 18 days.
