Reactin is an anti-allergic drug.

Ingredients:
– The active substance is cetirizine dihydrochloride. One capsule contains 10 mg of cetirizine dihydrochloride.
– The other components are: macrogol, potassium hydroxide 43% w/w, povidone, purified water, gelatin, sorbitol (E420), glycerol, lecithin, medium-chain triglycerides, inscription ink (propylene glycol, black iron oxide (E172), polyvinyl acetate phthalate, macrogol and ammonium hydroxide).
Contraindications:
Do not take Reactin if you are allergic to cetirizine dihydrochloride, hydroxyzine, or piperazine derivatives (related active substances in other medicines) or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.
Precautions: Before taking Reactin, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding: If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you are pregnant, or plan to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medication. Similar to other medicines, the use of Reactin should be avoided in pregnant women. Accidental use of the drug by a pregnant woman should not cause harmful effects on the fetus. However. Therefore, the administration of the medicinal product should be discontinued. You should not take Reactin while breastfeeding because cetirizine is excreted in breast milk.
Driving and using machines:
Clinical studies have shown no evidence of impaired attention, alertness and ability to drive after taking Reactin at the recommended dose, however caution is advised when driving or operating machines.
If you experience drowsiness, you should refrain from driving, performing potentially dangerous activities or using machinery.
You should not exceed the recommended dose if you intend to drive, perform potentially hazardous activities or use machines. After administration, you should carefully monitor your response to the medicine.

The recommended dose is: Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: One 10 mg capsule once daily.
