Panangin Forte is intended as an additional treatment in certain chronic heart conditions (heart failure, after a myocardial infarction) and specific heart rhythm disorders. In addition, it is used to supplement magnesium and potassium intake.
Composition:
The active substances are: potassium aspartate 316 mg (as potassium aspartate hemihydrate 332.6 mg) and magnesium aspartate 280 mg (as magnesium aspartate tetrahydrate 350 mg).
The other components are: Core: corn starch, talc, magnesium stearate, potato starch, Povidone K-30, colloidal anhydrous silicon dioxide; Film: talc, basic butylated methacrylic copolymer (Eudragite E), titanium dioxide (E 171), Macrogol 6000.
Method of administration:
Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as recommended by your doctor or pharmacist. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
Unless your doctor has prescribed otherwise, the recommended dose is 1 film-coated tablet 3 times a day.
The daily dose should not be increased. Gastric acidity may affect the effectiveness of the drug; therefore, it is recommended to take Panangin Forte after a meal.

Driving and using machines: Panangin Forte has no influence on the ability to drive or use machines.
