Strepsils Intensiv Spray is a drug with a unique formula, based on flurbiprofen, for the quick and effective treatment of severe sore throat. It soothes pain and reduces inflammation in just 5 minutes after administration, and the effect lasts up to 6 hours.
Ingredients: The active substance is flurbiprofen. One dose (3 puffs) contains flurbiprofen 8.75 mg, corresponding to flurbiprofen 16.2 mg/ml. The other ingredients are: betadex, disodium phosphate dodecahydrate, citric acid monohydrate, methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E218), propyl parahydroxybenzoate (E216), sodium hydroxide, mint flavor, cherry flavor, N-2,3-trimethyl-2-isopropylbutanamide, sodium saccharin, hydroxypropylbetadex and purified water.
Method of administration:
One dose of 3 puffs at the back of the neck every 3-6 hours as needed, up to a maximum of 5 doses in a 24-hour period.
Warnings:
Do not use this medicine in children or adolescents under 18 years of age.
For oropharyngeal use only.
Spray only on the back of the neck. Do not inhale while spraying, do not take more than 5 doses (15 sprays) in 24 hours.
