What Enerion is and what it is used for
Enerion is prescribed for the symptomatic treatment of functional asthenia. The active substance is sulbutiamine. Each tablet contains 200 mg of sulbutiamine.
How to take Enerion
Always take this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as told by your doctor or pharmacist. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you are unsure.
The recommended dose is 2-3 tablets per day.
The drags should be swallowed whole with a large glass of water, dividing the doses between breakfast and lunch.
The duration of treatment is limited to 4 weeks.
Use in children and adolescents: This medicine is intended for adults only.
If you take more Enerion than you should
If you have taken too many drags, you may experience shaking and trembling of the extremities. Contact your doctor or pharmacist immediately.
If you forget to take Enerion
Do not take a double dose to make up for the missed dose. Take your next dose as soon as you remember.
If you stop taking Enerion
You should talk to your doctor before stopping taking this medicine.

Possible side effects
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although they do not occur in all people.
The following adverse reactions have been reported:
– uncommon (may affect up to 1 in 100 people): tremors, moodiness, headache, restlessness, nausea, vomiting and allergies on the skin
– with unknown frequency (which cannot be estimated from the available data): pain in the upper abdomen, diarrhea
– due to the presence of Sunset Yellow FCF, there is a risk of allergic reactions.
