Indications:
Tonotil N is indicated in pathological conditions, for example: somatic and mental conditions, senile dementia, conditions in which a dysfunction occurs in neuronal metabolism.
Tonotil N stimulates brain activity, energy production and the possibilities of using oxygen at the cellular level. Tonotil N supplements the deficient cellular biological components without generating degradation products.
Tonotil N is used as a tonic in states of weakness, anorexia and convalescence.

Due to the above indications, Tonotil N can be administered in the following ‘Medical Specialties’:

Pediatrics:
Psychosomatic retardation, convalescence, anorexia, fatigue following prolonged intellectual effort.

Internal medicine:
Physical and intellectual overwork, convalescence, states of weakness (anemia, anorexia).

Geriatrics:
Senile depression or senile dementia, psychosomatic disorders of the third age and, in elderly people, memory loss, decreased intellectual performance, metabolic disorders and as an adjuvant in angiovascular therapy.

Neurology:
Nervous tension, fatigue associated with the administration of sedative drugs. As a supplement in the treatment with antidepressants and anxiolytics.

Surgery:
It is a tonic for the body; it is recommended in convalescence after surgical interventions.

Ophthalmology:

Contraindications:

Do not use Tonotil N:
– if you are allergic to L-phosphothreonine, L-glutamine, hydroxocobalamin chloride, L-phosphoserine, arginine hydrochloride or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.

Pregnancy and breast-feeding:
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.
Tonotil N can be taken during pregnancy and breast-feeding.

Driving and using machines:
Tonotil N has no influence on the ability to drive or use machines.

How to take:
Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

Adults: the recommended dose is 1-2 vials in the morning, before breakfast

Use in children and adolescents:
Children: the recommended dose is 1 vial in the morning, before breakfast

Administration method:
Remove the metal seal of the vial by pulling it out. Then push the red stopper in such a way as to empty its contents into the liquid part of the vial. Shake the vial well. Remove the stopper and pour the contents of the vial into a glass.

Tonotil N is easy to administer and has a pleasant taste. It can be diluted with water.
Tonotil N can also be administered to diabetics, as it does not contain sugar.
The solution is administered immediately after reconstitution.

Composition:
– The active substances are: L-phosphothreonine, L-glutamine, hydroxocobalamin chloride, L-phosphoserine and arginine hydrochloride. 170 mg powder for oral solution contains L-phosphothreonine 20 mg, L-glutamine. 75 mg, hydroxocobalamin chloride 0.5 mg. 10 ml oral solution contains L-phosphoserine 60 mg and arginine hydrochloride 150 mg.
– The other ingredients are: sorbitol (E 420), gelatin, macrogol 4000, mannitol (E 421), sorbitol solution 70%, sodium benzoate (E 211), “Sour Cherry” flavor, purified water.
